You will have time to ask questions and receive hands-on guidance. Workshops help you develop confidence as a seamster, building sewing skills as you are guided through the steps of your project. Learning Pattern Fundamentals

Learn:
• how to thread a sewing machine.
• how to load a bobbin.
• how to set the tension.
• how to select the best stitches for a project.
• how to work with a seam allowance.

For any level! Whether you’d like to learn mending skills to tap into ancient traditions, to pursue a more sustainable lifestyle by extending the life of your favorite textiles or for the creative options that replacing buttons and adding patches gives you, Verysweetlife Studio offers a series of single session Garment Maintenance workshops in May and June including Buttons and Patches.
